Cancellations

I have been trying to deregister with intec since 2017 with no luck. U sent them emails they dont respond, you can them they transfer you left and right and cannot even give u a proper explanation why my cancellation is still pending. I have sent them all the required document needed . Intec is so unprofessional and annoying. Intec is messing with my credit score and i am very angry. They have to pay me back my money since and cancel my registration. How hard can that be .
