Cancellation of Studies

I was doing my Studies with Intec college and I got financially strained and decided to stop. I informed Intec that I will no longer be able to pay my fees. They told me to send an email to ***. I did that but they never responded, up to now I send them emails to cancel but they don't respond, instead they send me monthly Statements......
