Cancellation: Deposit Refund - NO COMMUNICATION FROM INTEC

I paid a deposit in June 2024 for a course that i wanted to do, they did not assist me with navigating through the sutdent portal as a first time student with them. I cancelled and requested a refund and to date I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded, the Cancellations department is not trying to communicate but instead their accounts department has listed me on ITC and I do not even owe them any money, They just refusing to respond and to refund me, I need to pay money over to another college for a course that I want to do and now I am waiting on Intec to communicate,
