Cancellation and refund issues

I cancelled a course with INTEC in November, 02 December Mapule Monkhe have send me a mail to confirm that the course was cancelled and that my documents was send to refund department for refund. It is now 5 months later and I am still waiting for the refund. I send a email every month but with no reply from them. Called the *** number just to find out that I can not speak to cancellations department and I must send a email. Don't know what to do anymore. BAD BAD BAD service from their side. So Dissapointed.
