Cancellation ***

I am so disgusted with the service I am receiving from Intec College. I have sent the cancellation request from the Tue, Jul 7, 9:52 AM. I have not been assisted due to the fact that the is only one person apparently who has access to authorize cancellation. I have made phone calls send follow up emails and all I get is the system that replies we will get back to you soon. The was a time I send an email expressing my anger due to the unprofessional service I am receiving and the was a reply that told me that they are having too many cancellations that are busy with they will get back to me.

Ever since that email, no one bothers to get back to me and I have sent more emails with no luck. I want nothing to do with this institution I want my money back and this cancellation to be processed.
