Cancelation of Studies not followed up.

Good day. I have a complain against Intec College, I registered with Intec in July 2020 for Financial Management course, I could not access my student portal from the start I tried to send them countless emails and to call them countless times yet the error could not be resolved. I then decided to cancel my studies with them on the 8 August 2020 as I can't pay for service that are not accessible, yet they keep on sending debit order to my account when I follow up with them I get no answer all they can say is the matter has been escalated to cancelation department. What worries me is their delay affect my credit bearu negatively I can't apply for credit nor apply for a job at companies that do credit checks
