Cancelation of course

My daughter is registered at Intec College but she was only able to complete 5 subjects of her course because some of the programs / study material was discountinue and outdated. We are battling to cancel the course for a few months now but communication is pethetic. The college wants between 80 and 100% cancelation fee of the origanal invoice. We need to get this sorted out ASAP
