Cancelation department

I canceled last year in June submitted documents that where needed till to this date I get endless phone calls Emails with owing payments numerous off times I have fowarded my emails all i get is will handle your query and nobody gets to you and my money got wasted on endless holds when you call they put on hold for more then an hour this the worst institute
