Cancelation

I deregistered in August 2017 and i handed in all my documents and text books into the braamfontein office. My application to withdraw from the course was not captured despite following up with the college a number of times. When the college did capture my documents and were aware that i wish to withdraw it took them months to get back to me with a response, there after i appealed due to the grievance and unfair treatment that was given to me from the college constantly demanding payment from a course i withdraw from following all the correct procedures on my part set out by the college. Today the 4th of January 2019 the college has come back to me saying they have reviewed my appeal and if i wish to leave i must pay 80% of the course fees, or i may choose to continue. Had i wished to continue i have no text books nor do i have any funds to pay for the course, the college has been unfair, unreliable and have been very unprofessional, not being able to comply with their own systems and procedures
