Cancel Intec lack ,studymaterial -Refund struggle

Register with Intec College in July after receiving only a student guide and after numerous calls for study material I cancel END OF JULY the forms was send and I send it back to Natasha Meiring keep phoning and emails I just get feedback we will escalating your query I want to continue study with another institution but cant as i need the funds to pursue that somebody please advice who I can contact to hold Intec College Accountable also advised be careful of this institution once you pay they play cat and mouse with you.
