Can I just get my money back

I was the account payer for a student and he decided he doesn't want to study anymore. I / we cancelled the studies for Intec over 3 months ago and they said that they will refund me with in 90 days. <br> <br> 90 Days has come and gone and still nothing. No my calls and emails don't get answered. <br> <br> These people are so quick to do a debt order but never want to bring back our money. I WANT MY MONEY NOW!<br> <br> Student number ***
