Called 3 times for one issue

I recently wrote my exam in June 2015 - student number - *** - I paid for 3 subjects, and wrote 3 subjects, and only received results back for 2 subjects. I even took off work to write the exam, and no one can account for the results of the 3rd subject. Even the statement I received via email shows 2 subjects written. I called 3 times on different days to get the matter sorted, and on 2 occasions, cases were opened, only to be closed again. This is not the first time I have issues with Intec. Communication is a serious problem in this institution, and nobody seems to take any ownership. Can anyone please tell me why I write 3 subjects, time, effort and hard-earned money spent, only to receive back results for 2 subjects. I need answers please, because clearly I call in and nothing happens.
