Bunch of mafias

I have been struggling to get answers from intec about my qualification now that i am done with my course, i contacted them via facebook and email for them to only reply 2 months later. In March i was promised i would be getting my certificate 6 weeks later and till this day 8 weeks later im still waiting. they even went to the lengths of sending me texts saying my case has been closed, etc.
