Broken dreams, and a damaged credit report

I was so excited to register for my marketing diploma, little did I know that what I was registing for was a damaged credit record , unhelpful staff and no response. My course and contract has now expired and they don't want to let me out of my contract. 3 years later no diploma , why do you still want money from me , your service is a disaster. I still get charged penalties monthly despite complaining and appealing to Intec to release me from my contract. On the rare occasions that someone does respond to me , I get ultimatums. Well done Intec , what a bully you are , just continue to bully the small guy
