Breach of Contract

We enrolled for the course Food and Beverage management at Intec College on 15/1/2015. We paid a deposit on 15/1/2015 and received a sms of confirmation from Intec that the study material will be received in 21 days as the contract specify under Terms and Conditions. On date 17/3/2015 we haven't received any material. A cancellation document was completed by me and mailed on 17/3/2015 and every day from there on till today 24/3/2015, to the mail address - cancellations department, with no response from there side at all. I phoned them today 24/3/2015, and the advisor told me it takes up to 72 hours for them to respond on an email and 90 days for the cancellation to be approved. How ever they still hold me liable (according to the contract) to pay an installment for the next 3 months and a penalty fee for cancellation!!!! And if I don't pay the installments they would put me on ITC. According to me they did'nt keep there liabilty of the contract to send the material as promised. Therefor no penilty fee should be paid or any further installment. Deposit and 1st installment should be paid back to me. Riaana Henze Klerksdorp
