Blacklisted for outstanding fee on incomplete course

I enrolled at Intec college in 2017 I was submitting my assignments but they were not able to give me my results back for the assignments when I got to student support I was not rep**** I lost my job I sent them an email they did not reply the course fee was R22000 he remaining amount for the course was R9000. I asked to cancel or change my course they did not reply now I'm blacklisted for a course I didn't even finish. I don't recommend anyone for enrolling at Intec college they give you support when you want to enroll but after that you on your own and their student support is ***
