blacklisted

I registered on Feb last year, I was told by sales consultant that I will receive study material within 21 working days. After 21 working days I never received any material contacted the branch I was told they have been dispatched. I continued to wait for material and Intec continued to debit. Towards the end of April I telephonically deregistered and sent scanned copy of deregistration form. Contacted Intec and told them about deregistration, the consultants are always rude and don't have proper record keeping. Now I'm blacklisted for an education I never received and unfair treatment. I'm totally disgusted by the unprofessional treatment I received
