Being ignored when requesting my money back

I have always had issues with Intec college from day 1of registration. The recent one was when I settled my account and ended up paying extra in error. When I call they keep telling me they see an amount of about R2000 when I paid R5500. I have sent them proof of payment so many times to different departments that keep on ignoring my email. My student advisor Busisiwe Mandlazi really tried to assist by also emailing those departments and she added me but still no reply or care. Not sure what it is that they want one to do or say. They forget that times are hard and every cent counts, but to them they treat us like things instead of humans. I am still shocked on how a big company like this one is still operating when there are so many complaints about them.
