Before wrinting in for any courses at Intec Colledge

I wanted to do a course with Intec to enable me to Join SACAP as a draftsman. They sent me all the info and confirmed that I will be able to join SACAP on successfully completing the course with them. I paid full amount. After receiving my student number I contacted SACAP to register as a student. They then informed me that they do not accept any of Intec's Qualifications. I then cancelled my course with Intec on this basis. They informed me that they will refund me, but it can take up to 90 days for the refund. Its now been 97days and I still have not received anything back from them. I spoke to the principal last week, and even that's not working. This has not been my mistake, but still I am being punished.
