Be careful of Intec College

October 2016 I cancelled my studies with Intec as I got demoted at work and could no longer afford the installments. They sent me an email that I had to pay a cancellation fee to which I agreed. Then they came back and told me that the cancellation fee is the full amount that I owe them for my studies.They also stopped debiting my account and I assumed that my studies has been cancelled . I sent countless emails to the cancellation email adress that I got but got no feedback from them. I received my credit record today and it shows that I am behind on my payments. When I called the lady at the cancellation department she told me that I am liable for the full amount I asked her why I am liable for the full amount as I cancelled the studies an she very rudely told me that I just am and she can not tell me why. She told me to send a mail to the cancellations email address and when I told her that I am not getting any feedback from them she just told me that I need to send a mail as she can not help me .

This is absolutely ridicules so what they are telling me is that if I continue with my studies I am liable for the full amount but if I cancel I am also liable for the full amount. How does that work? I would like to warn anyone thinking of studying with them to be very careful as this is **************** !!!!
