Bad turn around time for issuing certificate

I am so unhappy, disappointed and inconvenieinced by Intec college. I received my certificate around June with my names typed wrong. The certificate was sent back to the head office in September to correct the errors and re-issue a new certificate. I was informed that it will take 4-6 weeks to correct and issue the new certificate. Since then, I have been calling almost every week to follow up as to how far is my award and every time I get the same response, \ a request has been sent to issuing department and you will get an update in due course". It is now December and I haven't received any update"
