Bad Study Choice

I did a short course certificate and sent all of my assignments in long before the due dates. After a year of constant phone calls and emails, they haven't given me my marks back and they have a new excuse every time as to why they haven't even marked it yet. They told me that they would send it for urgent marking three times now and they never do.
