Bad Student Support

How can we reach Intec it they don’t even answer their phones?? Ive been holding and redialing for an hour with no response to the Cape Town offices. No one is there to assist not Damian or Connolie or even their head of department Phillip. I phoned Intec a week ago to ask for past papers and also why I am getting no response from them and was told to email a lady called Elizabeth who still hasn’t rep**** to me??? What can I do to get a refund??? This is very poor service from a institution!!!
