BAD SERVICE, *******

i have cancelled my contract with them 4 months ago

up until now they have not refunded me.

I have sent them countless emails and they don't reply, called them so many times they don't answer. I went to their branch in benoni and they said they cant assist me . I need to go to Cape town at their head office.
