bad service so far

i app**** at Intec college they took the money on Thursday they tell me it would take 48 hours to have the portal and student number . i have to ask on Monday what was happening and now it is more than 48 hours for me to be registered for the portal have the student number , but i have to follow up what is happening .

Unacceptable and i have to phone to find out what is happening

I would like this to be sorted out in this month and i would like to know if i am the only student
why couldnt you guys follow up with me why did i need to follow up
i am not very happy
this is unacceptable
