bad service no respons and no refund

Hi marius kleynhans have been paying intec college from the start and havent even resieved any books not even a phone call every time I call them they said they would follow up and they would call me back I have send them so many <br> emails and no respons this is bad services im the client and should be treted like one this is not fair and I have cancelled 3 months ago and filled in the cancellation forms and emailed it to them and said that the money would be paid back to me and im still waiting please someone help me this is unacceptable
