BAD SERVICE, NO ASSISTANT

we joined Intec to write Grade 11 and 12, was requested to chose subject etc and upon which we done, No one told us to pay extra for books which we needed, We paid the Deposit and only 2 months later received a user password, upon receiving that we called about 20 times held on the line for 20 minutes for each call.

we are unable to get hold off anyone and we cant someone to call us an assist.
