Bad Service from Intec College

I would like to complain about Intec College and the bad service that i am currently receiving. My challenge is accessing my student information via the student portal and none of my educational documents are available on the student portal. I have been calling and emailing Intec but all they do is send me info about logging into the student portal and not assisting me with what i need.
