Bad service from Intec collage

I am getting no joy from inquiries , they are quick to send emails about outstanding fees, that was paid, they did not update there system, but very bad in finishing results i wrote exams i November 2018. I had to write a double booking on one day as they could not assist me in changing the dates of the exams. I had to email a few times to try and rectify it. I was told I needed to resubmit a assignment , that i did before end April 2018 until today the assignment has not been mark so i can not get the results of a 2 year course that was paid for . there student center is not helpful, its a share call so to keep waiting for someone to assist can become very expensive. i will not recommend Intec to any student
