BAD SERVICE FROM INTEC

Intec College listed me I did not get any calls or emails informing me the account is outstanding, fine I called them and requested a settlement amount there were very quick to give the amount, it was paid immediately from the 06-08 to date I'm waiting for the paid up letter, every day I call them to request one they transfer me from pillar to post, I would hold for 20 minutes waiting for service, on emails they don't respond but for the amount owing there were quick to respond. a lady by the name of Nolwazi Spatala from Phoenix Recovery Solutions promised to send the paid up letter until now I have not received it.

I JUST WANT TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT INTEC COLLEGE THIS INSTITUTION IS A FLY BY NIGHT THEY ONLY INTERESTED IN PEOPLE'S MONEY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD!!!!!!
