Bad service for students

I wrote an email asking to be contacted by a student advisor on the 8th July.

I have not been contacted by anyone since I paid my fees but I was contacted everyday when I was be encouraged to register with Intec. I cannot believe the service I an receiving from the institution. I didn't know that distance learning could be such an issue or disadvantage to me as I need support but no one is interested in helping. I have submitted assignments, no one is telling me when they will be graded, my dates on my portal are wrong they are written 2023 but I registered in 2024. I don't know how anything works, I don't know when exams are or when they will be written. I am very disappointed. When they want us to pay our fees the contact us every second of the day but when we need help no one is available.
