BAD SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Bad Service ....I called the Braamfontein branch,the customer service desk , tried chatting online to a "student adviser" and still I wasn't helped i was placed on hold by a lady named Michelle who sounds like she is sick when talking to clients without being notified for almost an hour and no one picked up to help ..I wanted to enquire about my assignment..how does this work when they are so quick to deduct each and every month but they dont deliever good service</p>
