Bad Service Delivery

Utterly disappointed with their level of service. They go to every length to get the contract and deal, but once signed and deposit paid all service delivery is non existent. Couldn't get into my study portal, after numerous phone calls and emails, the problem, was only sorted two weeks later. I picked up the email address that was loaded was not correct. So after waiting for that problem to be fixed, I eventually get into the portal, only to realize I can't download the study material for some reason. Again phoned and emailed, to be told I must send an email to support, another week later and still waiting for the problem to be sorted. Not happy at all.
