Bad service

I was enrolled with Intec in 2015 I was not the one responsible for payment. My study material came extremely late to a point I failed to write exams, this was discouraging to a point I just left every thing. Each time I tried to de-register to a point I just got tired. I would get countless calls from them wanting money, I would make the necessary payment that I could pay as I am not employed.

Fast track to this year I got to find out that I’m ranked as a high risk cause of Intec College. I can’t do anything cause of this so called school. Trying to speak to someone is a mission!

Now they expect me to pay them R17 000 if not mistaken of which I would be paying for something I never even used. Study materials all boxed up as they came I never got the qualification but I’m expected to pay. It’s truly unfair and uncalled for and I’m fed up with trying to find a solution or to even bother to send emails and endless calls where no one answers!

If anyone can help me please do assist cause for me this is a bad place to try and get an education.
