Bad service

Intec college service is totally insane in June month I wrote one subject I canceled the other one I phoned in so they told me that it is canceled now intec demanding that R450 from June month that I canceled please rectify this.. Regards November exams the first subject civil law I canceled I emailed, no one has ever gotten back to me and I only received an email today since my email to cancel my civil law paper I send on the 11 October 2019 I have proof of email,i understand that that I must pay for the introduction to south African law paper, but I have all proof of call logs and emails that Ive send intec college and I never get a reply I've tried several times phoning intec college I waited for more than 10 minutes for someone to answer and nothing happened. Intec is quick to debit your account but never give your the service you are paying for I emailed student advisor several times regarding questions for my assignments and that also went unanswered. I refuse to pay the R1350 I will take this matter further
