BAD SERVICE AT INTEC COLLEGE!!!

I registered at this college thinking it would be perfect for me. I work fulltime so it I could study through them part time. They assisted me well before I registered answered very quickly to my emails. The moment I registered the problems started I never get a response to my emails, I send atleast everyday when I call I get no assistance or they take long to answer. but when it came to debiting my account they were first in line. I still haven't heard anything from no one requesting help from a tutor or if I can buy the text books I require through them. Their service is utterly bad!!! I am still waiting to get some response from anyone from Intec!!!
