Bad Service and No Tutor Support

I am so dissapointed in Intec College. Since I have enrolled with them for a diploma I have had problems with them from day one. First I had to fight a tough battle to get my study material out if them after my course has been paid in full.. In cash! I waited 3 months for my study material. now when I am finally studying It is an endless struggle to get a tutor to call me to assist me with one of my assignments. Their feedback and service is really bad and at this stage I don't even want to go on with my studies because they have totally put me off from studying. It is a constant sturggle to get them to give me feedback. How much time and How much money do I need to waste before I get proper service from them?<br> <br> DO NOT start a tertiary institution if you can't keep up with the pace!!!<br> <br> My next course that would definitely NOT be at Intec College, I would never recommend this college to anyone! Their service is poor. <br> <br> I pay a whole arm and leg to do this course, only to have this much problems and not get nay help from any tutor!!<br> <br> I am fed up!
