Bad Service And no feed back

Phoned intec a few days ago to make a appointment to write my exams. Now I'm being told that i am unable to write exams because my time to complete this course has expired. i have waited about 4 months to receive my exam vouchers, which does not expire until next year Feb. I got told that someone will try to sort this out and will get back to me within 24 hours, but this was last week and no one contacted me yet.<br> <br> Please get this sorted. I'M NOT GOING TO WAIT ANOTHER 4 MONTHS FOR YOU TO GET THIS SORTED OUT!!!!
