Bad Service and Communication

I app**** for a course extension, received a letter that I can continue and the amount to be paid, paid the amount required and submitted the relevant paperwork. Now 2 weeks later I received a 1 liner e-mail stating the request was declined I would need tore-enrol, but no explanation. Try to phone them, you are placed on hold indefinitely, professional institution I think not. Don't waste your money and time with these guys!
