bad service and cant keep promises

i was supposed to get my award for for my diploma about a month ago. i never got any feedback or anything. until i decoded to call last week and was told it was not peocessed so the lady i spoke to told me she will send a request and will contact me thursday or tuesday since it was the long weekend. i never received the call until i decided to call friday the 11th. she was rather rude and unhelpful and had so much attitude making her company problems mine. im tired of hearing about sla's instead of someone doing her job. im a working professional who does not have time to be following intec around and lastly your consultants need to speak to us like clients because thats what we are. we are working and studying at the same time so dont take us like uneducated kids that dont know anything. im not going to wait for another 6 to 8 weeks because your \printers"dont work. im not impressed at all and im not furthering my studies with this institution. so please someone needs to get up theit ass and do their job."""
