Good day

I an currently a student at Intec College but cannot get a hold of anyone and no one is responding to my emails that I send. I need to know what is happening about the exams, is it going to be online or no exams at all? Very unhappy student and feel that they should actually refund me as I receive no assistance from them and will study at a different college that is willing to help.
