Bad Service

This mail refer to my numerous phone calls and I've reached a stage where I'm ****ed to the highest level.<br> <br> I have not received my results and now I can't even get an extension due to some people incompetence to finalize my query, I'm tired of explaining the same thing over and over again.<br> <br> I keep getting invoices that I owe the College but I don't owe anyone , In June 2015 I register to write 2 exams however managed to write only 1 and I sent through a Doctor's note as I was ill and couldn't write. The letter was sent to the relevant department and according to my knowledge that was sorted and what I know is that should I register to write an exam in November that amount will fall on that exam and not pay again.<br> <br> In November I wrote one exam and that amount for June was supposed to cover for that , I keep on sending the same documents and told that the exam department will sort it out but No I keep going back and forth advised to call this department and that department. Then I get reference numbers that everything is sorted but clearly nothing is done <br> No one is getting back to me and i need to know whats hapening time is running out.<br> <br> <br>
