bad service

I requested information for a certain course, after reading about poor service they provide I advised the sales consultant (Innocentia) that I am no longer interested. Then I got this email from their national sales manager<br> <br> Morning and hope your good this morning. You most have seen the bad side of the company and you dint take time again to look at the good vision of the company as a whole.<br> Many companies give us ****py service but we need to find out what was the reason of the bad service, all in all its your decision and I wish you the best, a company that has been running for 107 years will not be good all times. All problems we had have been effectively dealt with that's why we are still the leaders in Distance education in SA
