Bad service

I had the worst experience ever. I have been waiting for my certificate since last year from Intec. I have been calling like every week but no one seems to know when i will be getting my award. Intec is very unprofessional and i dont advise anyone to study with them. You cant even speak to the team leaders or managers. I am at the verge of loosing my job cause i cant provide the proof that i completed my diploma. This is so not on especially when you paid for your studies with your hard earned money. Guys rather go to unisa, milpark etc cause am sure intec and damelin its one thing.
