Bad service

Please don't ever enroll at INTEC College - Leader in Distance Learning. I cancelled my enrolled and they never completed the paperwork. Now i am debt with them and i am trying to resolve it, but i get no answer or feedback from them. At the end of August my outstanding increase again just because they are not doing their jobs. The lady at the Namibian office just tells me every time that she has not received feedback. The reason why i post it is because i don't know what else to do. Now i am listed on ITC for something i canacelled 6 days after i was accepted and paid deposit, because i saw they don't have their **** together. You ask them questions on which they reply... ...we have to phone SA and will get back to you. Then they get back to after 3 days with a ****ty answer and you have to wait another 3 days again. How can you spend money on such an institution and think you are going to pass. That is why i cancelled and that was in April but still i am enrolled and still the monthly debts get deducted. I mean ***. How do i get this problem solved if they don't even reply.
