Bad service

Intec colledge does not provide a good service of education the online tutors is never availble and they only want your money whetever you have qualifications or not and only wrote 3 subjects so why do i have to pay for not being educated i am very unhappy then they send you sms about final demand .. it is so unfair paying for nothing something that is not completed no way
