Bad service

<p>I did my Insurace credits through Intec from 2005 to 2008. In 2014 I was informed by a company that I app**** for a possition that my Intec credit was not listed. I got a email address and telephone number after a struggle for months. Was informed my credits will be listed in 2 weeks. Received a mail about a month later that it was listed. I app**** for a position with a well know bank last year October. They made me a offer that I excepted and then they told me my credits are not listed. I send a mail to the lady that I spoke to in 2014 and the mail came back that the email does'nt excist. I send to student support after I phone at the beginning of November. After 12 emails to different people numerous phone calls that has cost me a arm and a leg still no responce. Phoned today spoke to Warren & Candice was transfered to 7 other people was on the phone for 37 min and I'm back to where I started. I'm waiting for a email address where I should send my querie and it has been 4 hours now and still nothing. Where do I go to get help with this? I don't have money on my phone to make another call.
