Bad service

<p>I registered with Intec to upgrade my grade 12 marks. I received my study material and was told I would be contacted by my student adviser to advice on the assignments that needed to be submitted and exam preparation assistance. I was expected to book for my exam and pay for the venue. Absolutely no help was rendered even when you call the call centre they don't assist on the problem instead tell you things you don't require. What made everything worse was my supposed student adviser contacted me after I had completed my exams in June and two weeks back I received an addendum for business studies and I never registered for business studies. I no longer see the reason why I should keep paying for services that I am not receiving. I want my contract to be cancelled with immediate effect</p>
