Bad service

2 years ago I enrolled with intec and asked that all exam fees be included with my course fees so it can be paid in a lump sum.i was sent and amount and promised all fees were included until I received a bill for my upcoming studies. No one at intec can help. And innocentia is Never there.<br> <br> spent the last 4 days phoning and not getting to anyone . a anyone . asked to speak to the manager and was sent from pillar to post for 15 minutes. Until the line cut off.<br> <br> Worst customer service ever.very disappointed. I have studied with intec for years.really disgusting. <br> <br> Would love to speak to the manager
