Bad Service !!!

Hi <br> <br> I app**** to study through Intec college. I paid the deposit as well as first months Instalment I was told I will receive my study material after 21 working days which was suppose to be in April. Its is going in for the second month that no one has contacted me or sent my study materials. I phoned several times to enquire but no one is able to assist me I therefor asked for a refund and to cancel the study's and was told the bored will have a meeting and decide if my money will be returned.<br> <br> Thank you.
